I am a qualified naturopath based in Hong Kong since 2021. You can meet me at the Central Wellness clinic, where I have been practicing for the past year. I offer consultations in both French and English and welcome clients at our Central and Stanley locations.
I support adolescents from the age of 16 and adults who wish to adopt a natural, personalized approach to their health. I work closely with each individual to identify and address the root causes of a wide range of imbalances, including hormonal issues, weight management, digestive disorders, sleep problems, chronic fatigue, stress, brain fog, high cholesterol, and skin concerns such as acne.
My approach is holistic and tailored to each person. I design bespoke support programs that combine nutritional guidance, lifestyle adjustments, herbal support, and stress-management techniques. The goal is to achieve sustainable, body-respectful results rather than short-term solutions.
